Calorimetric titration experiments were performed with an Auto-iTC200 instrument (Malvern) at 25°C. Full-length PfCSP and PfCSP81–98 (GenScript) were diluted in Tris-buffered saline (TBS; 20 mM Tris, pH 8.0, and 150 mM sodium chloride) to 5–10 µM and were added to the calorimetric cell, which was titrated with 5D5 Fab, diluted to 50–100 µM in TBS, in 15 successive injections of 2.5 µl. |
