background: Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (M. hyopneumoniae) is the etiological agent of enzootic pneumonia, a highly infectious swine respiratory disease that distributed worldwide. The pathogenesis and virulence factors of M. hyopneumoniae are not fully clarified.
