Peptide Synthesis . An amount of 0.3 × 106 CD4+ cells were incubated in complete medium (RPMI + 10% FBS + sodium pyruvate 1 mM + penicillin/streptomycin) in 96-well plates with increasing concentration of MOG35–55 peptide (GenScript), in the presence of 1.2 × 106 irradiated splenocytes as antigen presenting cells.
